This lunch talk held by Feline Medicine Club (FMC) and PetIQ will discuss the use of Capstar, an over-the-counter and fast-acting treatment for flea infestations in cats.

Student American Veterinary Medical Association (SAVMA) Networking at Noon allows 1-4 students a chance to chat with a DVM in a casual setting over the lunch hour with a free meal provided! All topics are welcomed!

The Monterey Bay Aquarium veterinarians will take the Wildlife and Aquatic Animal Medicine Club (WAAM) on a behind-the-scenes tour around the veterinary hospital and teach us about aquaria and aquatic medicine. After the tour, students will have access to visit the aquarium at their leisure.

Paid FARM Club members are invited to attend a tour of the Superior Farms lamb processing plant in Dixon, CA. This is a great opportunity to learn about the veterinarian's role in food safety and security.

This is an exotics-focused slide-reading session led by 2nd year Zoo & Wildlife Track Resident Dr. Melissa Chromik.

CVMA members Dr. Chris Wong and Dr. Marianne Brick will be facilitating an exciting Wet Lab. Students will learn about the most current bandaging techniques and have an opportunity to practice extremity limb bandaging on live dogs and avian cadavers.
