Large Animal Imaging
Every year, thousands of farm and ranch animals visit the UC Davis Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital and are in need of a procedure from our Diagnostic Imaging Service. Occasionally, we will also see large zoo and wildlife animals. Whatever the need, our facilities can handle any situation. In fact, our large animal radiography rooms are large enough to x-ray an elephant.
The VMTH is equipped with the latest in imaging technology, and is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
