Dr. Eduardo de Souza Ribeiro Appointed as Associate Professor of Theriogenology
Dr. Eduardo de Souza Ribeiro has joined the Department of Population Health and Reproduction as Associate Professor of Theriogenology.
Dr. Ribeiro received his BVM (2008) from Santa Catarina State University, Brazil; a MS (2011) in Animal Science and a PhD (2015) in Animal Molecular and Cellular Biology, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL.
In 2016, he became an Assistant Professor of Mammalian Reproductive Health and Physiology in the Department of Animal Biosciences, University of Guelph, Guelph ON, Canada and was promoted to Associate Professor (2020-present) where he had a research and teaching assignment.
Dr. Ribeiro’s research focuses on reproduction and health in production livestock.
